  1. Coincidentally, I came to this story directly after having read AnnaRaccoon’s take on it. I admit to being fairly ignorant when it comes to legal matters, but it would seem that the headline, original story and, indeed, the CPS press release are mistaken: only one of the pair has been charged. The other has been summonsed.

    All very confusing.
